I'm glad I have found this cat perch! I'd thought such cat seats would all require screws to attach, but this is not the case here. I admire the engineering and thought that went into creating this perch! It is sturdy and as many people mentioned in the comments, it looks like a piece of furniture. It's very well made, the edges are rounded and smooth. It's a joy to have it in my house.

My cats are happy with their perch! They now have plenty of space to spend time the way they like it - staring out of the window:)
