Please retain your shipping box and all packaging materials until your furniture is fully installed,
and you have confirmed there are no issues. In the unfortunate event of receiving a damaged order,
promptly contact us at info@jhnamu.com, including clear photos of the damaged item and both the interior and exterior of the box.
We are committed to addressing these concerns swiftly; however, please note that, for quality assurance reasons, we are unable to dispatch replacement items until we receive the required photos.

Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided that items are returned in clean, unused, and undamaged condition.
For returns due to customer preference or change of mind, customers are responsible for both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
Customers may purchase their own return shipping label, or we can provide a prepaid return label with the shipping cost deducted from the refund.
To help prevent damage during transit, please return items using the original packaging and protective materials whenever possible. All components and mounting hardware must be included with the return.
Once the returned item is received, we will inspect it within 1–2 business days.
• If the item is returned in good, undamaged condition, the refund will be processed minus the original outbound shipping cost and any applicable return shipping cost.
• If the item is returned damaged, used, missing parts, or not in its original condition, additional deductions may apply depending on the condition of the returned item, including damage caused during return shipping.
Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a full refund.
If an order has already shipped, the customer may still return the item according to the return policy above. Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
