Beyond my expectations! My Zoe had a plastic perch when she was a kitten & grew out of it cuz one day down it came with her in it, so the search began, a stronger perch. I looked in every pet store, nothing. Then I remembered Etsy! Of course, something handmade, solid & that's exactly what I received. Now the question was would Zoe actually use it after her last experience? Well the pics say it all this is her space & she loves it. It took a moment for her to understand it was for her but with treats & lots of loving cat talk (haha) mission accomplished! The quality is excellent, the padding is soft not that faux shearling, no drilling, so simple to set up. Just a very well thought out design & really well made she will have it forever!
